Corporate governance includes activities aimed at implementing an organizational model that defines decision-making bodies and supervisory bodies for the purpose of ensuring that standards of transparency, accountability and safety are met by all stakeholders. The goal is to take into account and protect the interests of all stakeholders (shareholders, workers, suppliers).
